•Pastor Scott said envy is a “blow-off” sin that we tend to minimize. Why do you think that is?
•Read Psalm 73. How do you see this writer struggling with Envy? How are his struggling earthly, unspiritual, and demonic according to James 3:15-16?
•Can you see patterns in your life where your conversation (either mentally or spoken) is all about “I” or “myself”?
Is there anybody anywhere on the planet earth, that you have a broken relationship with because of your envy? How can you make steps, as far is it depends on you, to step out of bitter envy?
•Where can you cognitively make the decision to rejoice with someone you may be tempted to harbor bitter envy towards?
•Are you trusting God with areas of your life where you are tempted to harbor bitter envy over? If you were to write that area down, what would it be?
