Full-time Associate Pastor of Next Generation Ministries
This full-time Associate Pastor of Next Generation Ministries role at Grace Fellowship Church is designed to invest deeply in the spiritual formation of students, young adults, and emerging leaders. More than a program-driven position, it centers on relational discipleship—building trust, developing leaders, and helping the next generation grow into lifelong followers of Jesus. The role provides leadership over student ministry (Elevate), young adult ministry (Cultivate), and life groups, while also contributing to the broader pastoral leadership of the church. As a healthy and growing congregation with a strong foundation and increasing momentum among younger generations, Grace Fellowship is seeking a pastor who will help shepherd these ministries into their next season with clarity, care, and intentional systems for long-term impact.
